Tartzan is an online artisanal tarts patisserie started during the covid boom since July 2020. It is run by me, Hui Xuan with support from my family.

And today, Apr 2024, I have decided to leave my full-time job at a hotel’s pastry kitchen to fully focus on Tartzan despite the post-covid slowdown. I am more than happy and excited to continue this journey!

We use quality ingredients and French butter for our tart base. They are all made from scratch, including the tart shells!

Besides tarts, we now offer a small collection of cakes and savouries that are meticulously curated.
